Canceling Your Application

Any notice to cancel your housing application without penalty must be submitted here by June 30, 2009. Applicants who cancel their reservation between July 1, 2009 and August 31, 2009 will be charged a $150.00 late cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled after the contract has begun (September 1, 2009) will be charged a $300.00 fee if at least 15 days notice is given.
