Undergraduate Housing Contract Cancellation Form

Once the contract starts, a 7-day notice of vacate is required for cancellation due to a move to Non-Institute Housing. For ineligible or withdrawing students, you have seven days from the effective date of non-registration to vacate your housing. For details on cancellation, please refer to the contract cancellation information.

If moving out of the On-Campus Houses or a House Alley, please inform your house officer in charge of room picks.

When moving out, please complete the check-out envelope (available at the Housing Office or on-line ).

If you have a campus extension, you need to cancel your telephone service.
