2009-2010 Housing Rates

 
 
Avery House Suite Single $2,405.00/term + full board charges
Avery House Single $2,271.00/term + full board charges
Avery House Double/Triple $2,008.00/term + full board charges
On-Campus House $2,008.00/term + full board charges
Off-Campus House $2,554.00/term + optional board
Marks / Braun House Single $2,271.00/term + optional board
 
 
 

Board Fees are required for Avery house and On-Campus House Residents. The rate, determined by Dining Services, will be $1,559.00/term.

 

For the purpose of calculating fees, academic terms are defined as follows:
First Term:   25-September-2009  -  23-December-2009
Second Term:   24-December-2009  -  23-March-2010
Third Term:   24-March-2010 -  12-June-2010

 

 
 

Residents agree to pay additional fees as follows:

Contract Cancellation by August 14, 2009

 None
Contract Cancellation by September 24, 2009 $150.00
Contract Cancellation on or after September 25, 2009 $300.00
Failure to complete check-out or room move procedures $50.00
Avery double rooms occupied as a single $5.00/day (30 day grace period)
Avery triple room occupied as a double $5.00/day (30 day grace period)
Avery triple room occupied as a single $10.00/day (30 day grace period)
Surcharge for staying past 15th day of academic ineligibility $100.00/day (noon each day)
Lost Key Fee $5.00/key
Re-Key Fee (if determined necessary) $80 + cost of keys
