Be sure to submit your Cancellation Form below and if you currently live in Caltech Housing, make sure to submit your Intent to Vacate form.
May 1st - July 31st -No Cancellation fee for current housing contract.
June 9th - Last day to Cancel 2024-2025 housing reservation without a penalty fee.
June 10th- August 31st - There will be a ($200) fee to cancel 2024-2025 housing reservation.
After September 1st - If Resident terminates their housing contract with fifteen (15) days written notice to Housing Office without cause or for any cause other than a permissible cause as set forth in the housing contract, there is a fee of $350.00
