Residents are responsible for installing and paying for telephone, internet services and cable TV directly (optional).
Your rent and utility charges will be posted to your Bursar's account. Please contact the Bursar's Office to assure your account is set up as necessary.
By completing the form on time, you protect yourself from being charged for missing items or damages that you have not caused. As you fill out the form, look for dust, grease, holes, stains, burns, damages, and wear. Not all items listed are standard for every room.
Living with a roommate will enrich your academic and social experience at Caltech. If you live with a roommate we encourage you and your roommate to have an open conversation about your studying, sleeping, and cleaning habits so that you both can enjoy your residential life.
