Welcome to Caltech's residential community! Before you move into your new assignment, please read the following information.
Important Documents and Forms
Within 7 days of checking in to your new residence submit a Move In Condition Form.
By completing the form on time, you protect yourself from being charged for missing items or damages that you have not caused. As you fill out the form, look for dust, grease, holes, stains, burns, damages, and wear. Not all items listed are standard for every room.
Living with a roommate will enrich your academic and social experience at Caltech. We encourage you and your roommate to have an open conversation about your studying, sleeping, and cleaning habits so that you both can enjoy your residential life.
