Housing Maintenance will be closing on Friday, January 16th at 2pm and will also be closed on Monday, January 19th in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. We will be back in the office at 8am on Tuesday, January 20th.

After Hours Central Plant Requests
If submitting a request after our Housing business hours and need an immediate response, please contact the Caltech Central Plant Staff by calling (626)395-4717.
Central Plant staff is available after hours, weekends and Holidays for emergency plumbing repairs such asclogs, overflows and leaks. Power outages and gas leaksshould also be called in for immediate repairs, all other requests can be submitted online and will be addressed on the next business day by Housing Maintenance.
