Guest Housing
Caltech provides housing to undergraduate students, graduates students, and academic researchers participating in Caltech-affiliated programs when conditions allow and if space is available. The Housing Office works closely with campus partners for summer guest housing needs.
Visiting special students and visiting students researchers are eligible for housing if space is available. Guests must be at least 18 years old. For additional information, and to request an application, email the Housing Office.
Housing is available for those participating in programs managed by Caltech's Student-Faculty Programs and Fellowships Advising and Study Abroad, including:
- Amgen Scholars
- Caltech-Cambridge Exchange Program
- Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship
- WAVE Fellows
Program organizers will send housing information and an application to participants.
The Housing Office traditionally partners with Caltech's academic divisions, offices, and centers to provide housing for their summer conferences. Due to high demand we may be limited in offering housing for some summer conferences. Submit the form below under Other Summer Conferences to submit a request. Minors (under the age of 18) can only be housed through a Caltech sponsored program. Additional information can be found through the Center for Teaching, Learning & Outreach.
